Refund policy

It is our goal for our customers to love their Santo Worthy products, however in the case you would like to return or exchange, email us at support@thesantoworthy.com to see if your item qualifies for a refund. 

Product must be unopened or unused and received with in 14 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund onto the original form of payment. 

 

REFUNDS

Qualifying refunds must be returned in the original condition along with packaging, unused. 

You must provide receipt and proof of purchase. 

Returns are made at your own cost, obtain tracking information and proof of postage until we have received your refund, in case your order is lost during the return process

If products are not received within 14 business days of the return process date, or products are received used/damaged the product will not qualify for a refund.

If refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Santo Worthy reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our return criteria. Please note that any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Note: Banks have processing times, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@santoworthy.com

EXCHANGES

Unused products are eligible to be exchanged. Once we receive the returned item we can process an exchange. You are responsible for the cost of shipping new product and cost difference if any.

Note: It may take up to 10 days to receive a refund or exchange.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving, contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue


CHARGEBACKS

Customers cannot request chargebacks under any circumstances.
