Shipping policy
ORDER FULLFILLMENT
Orders are shipped within 48 business hours of receipt. Orders that are placed on weekends and holidays are processed within 48 hours of the following business day.
Orders generally will arrive within 5-10 business days after processing. All orders ship with delivery confirmations which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the carrier.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, email us immediately. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, contact us at info@santoworthy.com as soon as possible.
We can attempt to amend the address if the package has not been shipped yet. We will try to reroute the package once it has shipped however, unfortunately there is no guarantee.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-Order shipping dates are estimates only. Products are not guaranteed to ship on the date listed. All Pre-Ordered products are subject to delays/cancellations during production. Pre-ordered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Orders refused at delivery will not be refunded shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred. Please review order prior to shipment.
